At Cafely, we strive for perfection in every brew, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most items. Please note that due to food safety regulations, opened bags of coffee or tea cannot be returned unless there is a quality defect.
Initiate a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact for non-defective returns, and include your RMA slip inside.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
